Marshmallow-popcorn cones topped with colourful rainbow sprinkles

Ingredients

  • 150
    g
    mixed marsh-mallows
  • 250
    ml
    4x ready made popcorn
  • 10-12 ice-cream cones
  • decorations of your choice
 

Method

Microwave 2- 3min
 

Put 150g mixed marsh-mallows in a microwave-able glass bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes and stir until melted. Microwave for a further 30 seconds to 1 minute if not completely melted.

Stir 4x250ml (4c)ready made popcorn into the marshmallow.Put 10-12 ice-cream cones upright in a container(we cut gaps in a card board box and balanced the cones in the gaps). Wet your hands, take 80ml (1⁄3c) of the popcorn mixture and roll into a ball.

Put the marshmallow-­popcorn ball in the cone and sprinkle decorations of your choice over. Repeat until all of the mixture has been used.Let it set for an hour or overnight.
