125.00 g margarine
65.00 ml cocoa powder
500.00 ml castor sugar
100.00 g milk chocolate — broken into squares
250.00 ml currants
750.00 ml oats
250.00 ml coconut
7.00 ml vanilla — essence

Method:

Butter a 30 cm square dish or spray with non-stick spray. Slowly heat the margarine, cocoa, castor sugar and milk chocolate until smooth. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent it from burning. Add the remaining ingredients and spoon the mixture into the prepared dish. Press the mixture into the dish and refrigerate. Cut into triangles before it sets completely.
Makes about 55 triangles.
