Method:

Place the chicken portion in a single layer in the roasting bag. Sprinkle the seasoning mix inside. Hold the bag closed and shake to coat the chicken evenly.
Knot the bag loosely to seal and cut two holes for the steam to escape.
Place the bag on to a baking tray and bake at 200 °C for 40-45 minutes.
Cut bag open and place pieces on a serving platter, then spoon over the remaining juice.
Serve with grilled vegetable kebabs.
