Ingredients (7)

1/2 cup pineapple — cut into chunks
1/2 cup papaya — cubed
1/2 cup blueberries
50 g pistachios — chopped
1/2 cup yoghurt — plain Greek
1 Tbs honey — runny
1/4 tsp vanilla — paste or extract

Method:

Divide fruit and nuts between 2 jars.

Combine the yoghurt, honey and vanilla and pour into 2 smaller jars.

To serve: Pack small jars into larger jars, and don’t forget a spoon!

Serves 2.
