Sherry cream



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 1
    can
    condensed milk
  • 200
    ml
    cold water
  • 125
    ml
    hot water
  • 15
    ml
    gelatine
  • 200
    ml
    sherry
  • 25
    ml
    Roses' lime cordial
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Dissolve gelatine in hot water, then add cold water. Empty condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Slowly stir in sherry, add lime cordial & gelatine. Mix thoroughly & chill ± 3 hours. Use either individual dessert glasses or 1 big bowl, sprayed with non-stick spray.
