  • 125
    g
    Self-Raising
  • 125
    g
    Margarine
  • 125
    g
    Castor Sugar
  • 2
    Eggs
  • 1
    can
    Apples

Method

 
Heat over to 180°C. Add castor suger to margarine. Beat until light. Add two eggs and beat together. Add self-raising. Prepare baking dish by smearing with a bit of margarine. Add apples. Cover with blops of batter. You don't need to smear it level, trust the batter. Bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
