Ingredients

 
  • 1
    c
    sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 500
    ml
    balsamic white vinegar
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1
    c
    mint leaves
 
 

Method

 
Cut up pineapple and process. Heat vineger with sugar and mint leaves. Grate lemon and squeeze. Simmer for 30 minutes and let stand in fridge overnight. Bottle and use on salad and any food you choose.
