Miricle bread rolls



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 500
    ml
    self raising flour
  • 2
    tbsp
    mayonaise
  • 1
    c
    milk
  • 2
    tbsp
    Fruit mincemeat
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Sivethe flour into a large bowl add the mayonaise, milk and fruit mincemeat, and sugar, Mix it all well together, then drop spoonfuls into a prepared muffin tray and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees centergrade, The bread rolls should be tested to see that they are cooked inside, and that they are light brown on top. Take out of the oven and allow to cool then spread with margerine or butter. and enjoy. You may leave out the Fruit mincemeat if you don't like it, then add a light grateing of cheedar cheese to the top just before you take them out of the oven so that it has time to melt. Delicious when you have Visitors, or on a cold night with hot soup.
