Mash to die for

Ingredients

 
  • 3
    cup
    potatoes
  • 120
    g
    diced bacon
  • 1
    cup
    cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2
    cup
    finely diced onioins
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Cook potatoes and mash, stir in the grated cheese. Heat oil and fry onions until almost soft, add bacon. Fry until the onions are soft. Add the bacon and onions to the mash potatoes, stir all together. Serve hot with a green salad or serve with a braai.
