Mango pudding



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 750
    ml
    chopped Mangoes
  • 250
    ml
    fresh cream
  • 250
    ml
    greek style yoghurt
  • 250
    ml
    caramel sugar
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
1.Put chopped mangoes in a flat deep bowl. 2.Whip cream till stiff peak,add yoghurt and 4Tblsp of the sugar and whip again. 3.Scoop over mangoes. 4.Scatter rest of caramel sugar over cream mixture to make like brown crust. 5.Refridgerate for at least 4 hours before serving and do not leave till next day as it becomes watery.
