Lamb Curry



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 1
    kg
    deboned lamb ( cubed)
  • 1
    sprig
    onion chopped
  • 1
    sprig
    tomotoe chopped
  • 1
    tsp
    crushed ginger and garlic
  • 15
    ml
    vegatable oil
  • 2
    tbsp
    chilli powder
  • 1
    tbsp
    ginger and garlic masala
  • 1/2
    tsp
    tumeric
  • 1/2
    tsp
    garamasala
  • 1/2
    tsp
    geera powder
  • 1/2
    tsp
    dhalnia powder
  • 2
    sprig
    cinamon sticks
  • 10
    ml
    salt
  • 3
    potoatoes - cut into halves
  • 1
    handful
    coriander for garnish
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
heat oil, add onions. Cook until lightly brown. Add tomatoe and ginger and garlic and cook for one minute. Add spices and cook for one minute. add meat and about 1/2 cup of water and cook for 10-15minutes. add potatoes a 1 cup water and cook for a further 10-15 minutes until gravy is thick and potatoes are soft. take of heat and add coriander for garnish. Serve with rice
