Ingredients

 
  • 1
    kg
    Beef Mince
  • 2
    Onion Chopped finely
  • 3
    tbsp
    Chopped Chilli
  • 60
    ml
    Cornflour
  • 2
    bunches
    Dhania - chopped
  • 2
    tbsp
    Cooking Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2
    can
    Tomato & Onion
  • Garlic & Ginger
  • 1
    tbsp
    Curry Powder
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Combine mince, half the onion, half the chilli cornflour and half dhania ( coriander) and make small meat balls. ( can be done days ahead ). Fry in a little olive oil. Fry other half onion, chilli, garlic and ginger. Add curry powder, salt & pepper and simmer. Add boiling water if more sauce needed. Drop meatballs into sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Serve on a Roti with sambals... Ideal for winter
