    apricot jam
  • 2
    Tbs
    lemon juice
  • 1
    Tbs
    Worcester sauce
  • 2
    Tbs
    chutney
  • 2
    Tbs
    tomato sauce
  • 1
    chicken stock cube
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 1
    kg
    pork ribs
 
 

Method

 
Simmer the pork ribs in the stock cube & bay leaf for approx 20 min then allow to cool. Discard stock mixture. Mix the rest of the ingredients together then allow the spare ribs to marinade for a few hours. Gently brown the ribs on the braai.
