Green beans with tomato

Ingredients (5)

500 g green beans
fresh chillies — 573
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp garlic — cloves, crushed
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Remove top and bottom of beans. Blanch in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. Heat pan and add olive oil to coat bottom of the pan. Add greenbeans and garlic and stir untill well coated. Add tomato paste and stir well. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
