Healthy Rice and Bacon Salad



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup lentils
  • 1/2 packet backon
  • 2 large chopped spring onions
  • 1 hard boiled chopped egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Soya sauce to taste
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Combine and serve slightly warm as an appetizer before soup as this dish is quite filling - not quite a salad - not quite a main meal. Great for leftovers. Bacon can be substituted with chicken.
