1	spinach — chopped
250 ml	sour cream
1 tsp	garlic — salt
3 tbsp	vinegar — white
2 tsp	sugar
1 tsp	cornflour

Method:

Boil spinach until soft
drain ALL water,
add all other ingredients (except Maizena) until reduced (about 15 mins). If sauce doesnt thicken, combine maizena with a little water, add to spinach and cook for further 10 mins.
