Crab cannelloni

Ingredients

 
  • 3
    cannelloni pasta sticks
  • 3
    crab sticks
  • 3
    tbsp
    onion
  • 2
    cloves
    garlic
  • 1
    c
    milk
  • 1
    c
    water
  • 2
    tsp
    salt
  • 1
    pinch
    white pepper
  • 1
    handful
    cheddar cheese
  • 1
    tbsp
    dried bread crumbs
  • 1
    tsp
    Parmesan powder
  • 1
    tbsp
    butter
  • 1
    tbsp
    flour

Method

 
Cut up crab sticks,chop onion and garlic and mix all together.

Add pinch of salt and pepper. Stuff cannelloni with crab mix.

In a small casserole dish, pour water in just to cover the bottom. Lay the cannelloni in the dish and cover with foil.

Bake in oven at 180°C until cannelloni is soft.

Melt butter in a deep pan, add flower and mix, add milk and continue stirring. Add salt and pepper to taste.

If there is water left in casserole dish pour it off and cover with white sauce.

Next sprinkle with Parmesan cheddar and last breadcrumbs. Bake for another 10 minute.
