Best scones ever



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 3
    cup
    self raising flour
  • 250
    ml
    fresh cream
  • 250
    ml
    Sprite / Lemonade
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
In a bowl add flour, make a well in the middle and add cream and lemonade. Mix well and roll into shape of a french loaf. Cut into equal sized pieces (7cm wide - about 12 pieces).  Place on greased baking tray and bake in oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
