Baked figs with gorgonzola

Ingredients

 
  • 8
    whole fresh figs
  • 200
    g
    gorgonzola
  • 1
    handful
    mixed baby greens
  • drizzle of olive oil
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Partially split figs position 2 figs on top of each other place 50g gorgonzola on each bake in hot oven for 10 min until cheese melts.
Take out and place on individually plated baby leaves.
Drizzle with good olive oil and a berry coulis.
If desired coulis berries mixed 250g castor sugar 4 tsp cover with water boil reduce and simmer and blend, allow to cool. Serve.
