Amy's Pasta



 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 500
    g
    linguine noodles
  • 1 1/2
    c
    olive oil
  • 1
    c
    cream cheese
  • 2
    can
    italian whole peeled tomatoes
  • 4
    cloves
    crushed garlic
  • 2
    handful
    fresh chopped basil
  • parmesan cheese
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Heat olive oil, tomatoes, cream cheese and garlic until just boiling. Add basil. Cook pasta until al dente. Pour sauce over pasta and sprinkle with slices of parmesan cheese. Serve immediately with crusty french bread and a green salad
