Ingredients (15)

45 ml oil
4 onion — chopped
4 garlic — cloves, crushed
30 ml fresh ginger — grated
45 ml curry powder — roasted
10 ml turmeric
10 coriander — ground
5-7 cumin — ground
1 kg beef mince — lean
60 ml lemon juice
125 ml chutney
60 ml Worcestershire sauce
4 tomato paste
500 ml frozen peas, corn and carrots
45-60 ml chopped fresh coriander (optional) salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add all the ingredients
and stir-fry until done.

2. Season with salt and pepper and leave to cool completely.

3. Divide into servings and freeze in freezer bags or
containers.
