    tin condensed milk
  • 250
    ml
    double cream
  • 125
    ml
    passion fruit pulp
  • 1
    tsp
    (heaped) lime zest
  • 1
    pinch
    salt
 

Method

10 min (plus freezing time)
 

Whip the cream until soft peak stage.

Add the condensed milk and whip until smooth and fluffy.

Stir in the passion fruit, zest and salt.

Freeze.
