Green banana mint smoothie with almond milk

A fresh and healthy green smoothie recipe to start the day. Also banting friendly.

Ingredients

 
  • 1
    banana, cut up and frozen
  • 1
    large handful of spinach
  • 1
    Tbs
    mint
  • 1/2
    cup
    almond milk
  • 1/4-1/2
    cup
    water
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Add all ingredients to blender and mix, adding extra water if the mixture is not blending well.
