Yoghurt mint dressing

    handful
    mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2
    cup
    double cream natural yoghurt
  • 1
    garlic clove, crushed
  • 2
    tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2
    tsp
    cumin
  • 1/2
    tsp
    crushed coriander seeds
  • 1/4
    tsp
    dried chilli flakes (optional or more if desired)
  • sea salt and black pepper
 

Method

 
Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Best used immediately, but can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
