Yoghurt drink

    ripe bananas, mashed
  • 175
    ml
    low fat natural yoghurt
  • 125
    ml
    skimmed milk
  • 10
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 5
    ml
    vanilla essence
  • 15
    ml
    raisins, finely chopped
  • 1
    pawpaw, cut into chunks
 

Method

 
Process all the ingredients, except the pawpaw, in a food processor. Add the pawpaw chunks and mix lightly. Chill in tall glasses before serving. Garnish with pieces of fruit, if you like.
