Yoghurt and apple sauce for pasta salad

Ingredients

  • 150
    ml
    Greek yoghurt
  • 100
    ml
    mayonnaise
  • 10
    ml
    honey
  • pasta shells, cooked and cooled
  • 50
    ml
    peppadews, quartered
  • 2
    green apples, cored and cubed
  • 100
    ml
    walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
 

Method

 
Mix together yoghurt, mayonnaise and honey.
Place cooked and cooled pasta shells in a large bowl.
Add Peppadews, apples and sauce.
Toss to combine.
Sprinkle with walnuts.
