    ml
    cornflour
  • 1
    Litres
    milk
  • 200
    g
    each dark and milk chocolate, grated
  • 5
    ml
    ground cinnamon
  • 125
    ml
    whipped cream (optional)
 

Method

 
Dissolve cornflour in a little of the milk. Heat remaining milk, adding chocolate gradually and stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until chocolate melts. Do not allow to boil, as it will form lumps. Stir in cornflour mixture, and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, or until thickened. Add cinnamon and stir for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve in heated cups, topped with cream, if desired.
