Ingredients

  • fresh wild leaves (umfino)
  • 1
    kg
    grinding corn (whole kernel corn)
  • salt to taste
  • 500
    ml
    water
 

Method

 
Wash umfino thoroughly and rinse. Chop finely and place in a saucepan. Add water, bring to the boil and cook over low heat for five minutes. Add corn and continue to cook, stirring until the corn is soft.
