    carrots, scraped and grated
  • 500
    g
    cabbage, shredded
  • 60
    ml
    soy sauce (optional)
  • 250
    ml
    cooked rice
  • 4
    eggs
  • 30
    ml
    milk
  • salt and black pepper to taste
 

Method

 
Sauté the carrots in a little oil until just tender. Remove from the pan and sauté the cabbage until just tender. Add the carrots and soy sauce. Also add the rice and stir-fry until heated through. Beat the eggs and milk together. Pour the egg mixture over the cabbage mixture and mix. Stir until the eggs are just done. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately. Serves 3-4.
