    peeled, seeded and chopped watermelon

    minced ginger
  • 2
    limes or half a lemon (juice only)
  • 1
    red or green chilli, seeded and chopped
  • 1
    handful mint, chopped
  • 5
    spring onions, chopped
  • milled pepper
 

Method

 
Mix all the ingredients together and adjust seasoning as desired. Per serving: 206 kJ; 11,4 g carbohydrate; 1,3 g protein; 0,6 g fat
