  • 3/4
    cup
    cow's milk
  • 1
    frozen banana
  • 1
    cup
    frozen pineapple - cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1
    Tbs
    oat bran
  • 1
    Tbs
    flaxseed powder
  • 2
    tsp
    vanilla extract
 

Method

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
