Ingredients

    tagliatelle
  • 30

    butter
  • 250
    g
    portabellini mushrooms, halved
  • 250
    g
    button mushrooms, halved
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 400
    g
    (1 tin) Mediterranean tomato mix
  • 30
    g
    fresh basil leaves
  • 100
    g
    feta cheese, crumbled
 

Method

Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions.
Heat the butter in a large frying pan and sauté the mushrooms and garlic.
Add the tin of tomato mix and heat through.
Stir in the basil and feta, and serve over the pasta.

Variation
Add a tin of tuna to the pasta in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and grill until melted and golden.
