Vanilla cream coffee

  • 400
    ml
    hot strong Nescafé coffee
  • 50
    ml
    brandy or liqueur
  • sugar to taste
  • 125
    ml
    cream
  • 5
    ml
    vanilla essence
 

Method

 
Pour coffee into 2 glasses, add brandy and sweeten. Lightly whip cream, then whip in vanilla essence. Carefully pour cream over coffee, using the back of a spoon as a guide.
