Vanilla and white chocolate Bundt cake

    butter - softened
  • 1
    cup
    cold milk
  • 1 1/2
    cup
    white sugar
  • 4
    large eggs
  • 2
    tsp
    vanilla essence/ seeds from one pod
  • 1/4
    tsp
    salt
  • 4
    tsp
    baking powder
  • 3
    cup
    all- purpose flour
  • 150
    g
    white chocolate slab - cut into chunks
  • 150
    g
    white chocolate - melted, to drizzle over the cake
 

Method

In an electric mixers bowl, add all the ingredients, except the chocolate chunks, and mix on high for 3 – 5 minutes.

Add the white chocolate chunks, mix through and pour the batter into the pan.

Bake for 45 – 50 minutes on 180 deg, until tester comes out clean.

Leave to cool, and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
