Tomato salsa

    small, ripe tomatoes, chopped finely
  • 45
    ml
    (3T) finely chopped onions
  • 15
    ml
    (1T) finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 15
    ml
    (1T) white wine vinegar
  • 3
    pinch
    salt, to taste
  • 3
    pinch
    sugar to taste
  • 3
    pinch
    pepper to taste
 

Method

1. Place tomatoes in a small bowl with onion and chopped coriander leaves. Mix together well.

2. Stir vinegar into tomato salsa. Season to taste and refrigerate until ready to serve.

4. Serve with tartar sauce, salad and tomato salsa.
