    olive oil
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 4
    garlic cloves, chopped
  • 410
    g
    chopped tomatoes
  • 25
    ml
    tomato purée
 

Method

20 minutes
 
1. Heat oil and sauté onion for 5 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for a further 3 minutes. 2. Add chopped tomatoes and tomato purée. Bring to the boil, then turn down heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
