Flowered ice tea

    Carmién flower tea leaves
  • 600
    boiling water
  • 15
    honey, or to taste
  • 1
    fresh fruit juice (berries, pomegranate or grapefruit work well)


Mix the tea leaves with the boiling water and steep for 5 minutes.

Stir in the honey until dissolved and pour through a tea strainer.

Allow to cool completely. Mix with the fruit juice and refrigerate. We poured our tea over ice and garnished the glass with a slice of grapefruit and fresh raspberries.
