  • little oil
  • 1
    crushed garlic clove
  • 1
    chopped chilli
  • 30
    ml
    grated fresh ginger
  • 175
    g
    young green beans
  • 350
    g
    frozen prawns
  • few cherry tomotoes
  • 1
    can coconut milk
  • coriander leaves
  • chopped chives
 

Method

 

Heat a little oil in a wok and stir-fry garlic, chilli and giner until gragrant. Add beans and prawns.
Stir-fry for 1-2min or until just pink. Add a few cherry tomotoes and chopped chives. Stir in 1 can coconut milk, bring to boil and scatter with corriander leaves.
