    lemon grass, finely sliced

    minced chilli
  • 10
    ml
    minced garlic
  • 10

    minced ginger

    ml
    lime or lemon juice
  • 30
    ml
    fish sauce
  • 750
    g
    medium prawns, shelled, deveined and cooked
  • lettuce or cabbage leaves
  • mint
 

Method

 
Combine coriander, lemon grass, chilli, garlic, finger, lime juice and fish sauce. Add prawns and mix well. Serve over lettuce or cabbage leaves, garnish with mint. Serves 4.
