Ingredients

    (or more) chillies, seeded and chopped
  • 4
    tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1
    each, chopped yellow and green peppers
  • 2
    slices of pineapple, chopped
  • 1
    red or white onion, chopped
  • 1
    ml
    sugar
  • 20
    ml
    lime or lemon juice
  • 50
    ml
    freshly chopped coriander or parsley
  • 20
    ml
    olive oil
 

Method

 
Mix together all ingredients and then refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
