    cream

    cake flour

    ml
    sugar
  • 2
    ml
    salt
  • 250
    ml
    corn kernels, cooked
  • 410
    g
    creamed sweetcorn
  • 60
    ml
    butter
 

Method

 
1. Beat egg and cream together and add flour, sugar and salt. Mix well, then stir in corn kernels and sweetcorn. 2. Place butter in a pie dish and leave in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 5 minutes until melted and sizzling. 3. Pour corn mixture into pie dish with sizzling butter and bake for about 45 minutes, until golden and set. Serve hot or cold.
