Ingredients (5)

15.00 ml soy sauce
30.00 ml tomato sauce
25.00 ml honey
10.00 ml mustard — powder
225.00 g boerewors — or frankfurters

Method:

Blend the soy sauce, tomato sauce, honey and mustard powder. Fry the sausage in a pan until cooked, brushing regularly with the sauce mixture. Add a little oil if needed. Serve with mashed potato.
Serves 4.
