Sweet 'n sour pork stir-fry

    green pepper, cut into strips

    carrots, peeled and cut into strips

    fresh brown mushrooms, sliced

    spaghetti, cooked

    prepared sweet 'n sour sauce

    soy sauce

    garlic Italian seasoning

    coarse black pepper
 

Method

 
Sauté the pork in hot oil until browned, then add onion and green pepper and sauté until soft. Add carrots, cabbage and mushrooms and cook for a further 4 to 5 minutes. Add the spaghetti and sauces and mix well before adding seasoning. Cook for a further 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Serves 4.
