Ingredients (13)

15.00 ml oil
400.00 g pork fillets — sliced in strips
1.00 onion — sliced into rings
1.00 green pepper — cut into strips
2.00 carrots — peeled and cut into strips
250.00 g cabbage — finely shredded
100.00 g brown mushrooms — sliced
250.00 g pasta — spaghetti, cooked
85.00 ml sweet and sour sauce
30.00 ml soy sauce
5.00 ml salt
5.00 ml seasoning — Italian with garlic
2.00 ml freshly ground black pepper — course

Method:

Sauté the pork in hot oil until browned, then add onion and green pepper and sauté until soft. Add carrots, cabbage and mushrooms and cook for a further 4 to 5 minutes. Add the spaghetti and sauces and mix well before adding seasoning. Cook for a further 4 to 5 minutes or until tender.
Serves 4.
