    pork fillet, sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

    clove garlic, crushed
  • 10

    fresh ginger, grated
  • 4
    chives, chopped
  • 1
    red pepper, seeded and diced
  • 125

    mangetout (optional)
  • 15
    ml
    cornflour
  • 30
    ml
    soy sauce
  • 30
    ml
    sherry
  • 15
    ml
    grape vinegar
  • 50
    ml
    water
 

Method

 
Cook the spaghetti in rapidly boiling water until just soft. Drain and set aside, keeping it warm. Season the pork with salt and pepper and fry in heated oil fill brown on the outside. Remove from the pan and set aside. Sauté the garlic, ginger, chives and red pepper in a little oil until soft. Add the mangetout and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add the cornflour and the remaining ingredients. Simmer until the sauce thickens and return the pork to the pan. Heat until warmed through and serve immediately with the spaghetti.
