60.00 ml hummus
0.00 lettuce
300.00 g cheddar cheese — sliced
2.00 tomatoes
0.00 black pepper — freshly ground
100.00 g beef — shaved

Method:

Fill up properly with this yummy super peasant sub filled with cheese, ground beef and veggies. This recipe is prefect for a family of three all in need of something delicious for lunch.

Sub-away
Cut the loaf in half and spread hummus on both halves. Layer lettuce leaves on the bottom half, add cheese and tomatoes, sprinkle with black pepper, and top with shaved beef. Cut into three seciton and pack in airtight lunchbox to keep the bread nice and fresh.

Added sweet treat
For a sweet treat add, a couple of ginger cookies or an apple.
