  • 500
    g
    uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2
    onions, finely chopped
  • oil
  • 400
    g
    button mushrooms, quartered
  • 250
    g
    bacon
  • 5
    ml
    origanum
  • 15
    ml
    chopped parsely
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 250
    ml
    plain yoghurt
 

Method

 
Cook the macaroni in rapidly boiling salted water until just soft. Drain well and set aside. Sauté the onion in a little oil until soft. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until pale brown. Remove from the pan and mix with the macaroni. Fry the bacon until crisp and cut into pieces. Add to the macaroni. Season with the seasonings and pour the plain yoghurt on top. Mix lightly and serve immediately.
