Ingredients (7)

6.00 potatoes — large, boiled with skins on
125.00 g button mushrooms — sliced
6.00 ham — thinly sliced
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
65.00 ml butter — soft
250.00 ml mozzarella cheese — grated
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Cool the potatoes slightly and make five incisions in each (do not cut all the way through).
Sauté the mushrooms in a little butter or oil until tender and set aside. Quarter each slice of ham. Mix the garlic and butter until well blended.
Fill the potatoes, alternating the mushrooms and ham. Dot with knobs of garlic butter and sprinkle with the cheese. Season well and bake in the oven or microwave oven until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately as a light meal.
Serves 6.
