Stuffed eggs

  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh parsley, to garnish


1. Hard-boil the eggs. 2. Cut in half lengthways, remove yolks and mix them with mayonnaise and seasoning to taste. 3. Use mixture to fill eggs and garnish with parsley.
