Ingredients (8)

1.00 kg pork ribs
200.00 ml tomato sauce
100.00 ml Worcestershire sauce
2.00 orange — zest and juice
150.00 ml brandy
150.00 ml honey
10.00 ml cumin — seeds
black pepper — freshly ground

Method:

Place the ribs in a shallow dish.
Mix the remaining ingredients together, pour over the ribs and toss to coat. Cover and marinate overnight.
Uncover and place in a microwaveproof dish.
Microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes.
Re-arrange and cook on MEDIUM for 10 minutes, then on HIGH for 8 to 10 minutes, until the sauce has reduced and the ribs are glazed.
Stir 3 to 4 times while cooking.
Place under a hot grill for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with mashed potato.
