    tomato purée
  • 125
    ml
    apple purée
  • 125
    ml
    soya sauce
  • 65
    ml
    brown sugar
  • 65
    ml
    honey
  • 7
    ml
    salt
  • 2
    ml
    ground black pepper_
  • 2
    ml
    ground ginger
  • 375
    ml
    sunflower oil
  • 1
    rack of lamb, sliced into ribs
 

Method

 
Mix the ingredients for the marinade and set aside to cool. Place the ribs in the marinade and leave overnight. Preheat the oven to 170 ºC. Arrange the ribs in an oven dish and roast in the oven or braai over medium coals until done and the fat is well-cooked. Take care not to overcook or they'll be too dry.
